Hotel La Purificadora

The hotel staff is amazing, very helpful and polite. The dining room service and food is also very good. Location was perfect for sightseeing and local history. We used the sitting area in the evenings and enjoyed the fire features and drinks. Highly recommended.

The service was some of the best I have experienced. They catered for our family perfectly and anticipated our needs, organising a bed for the kids in our room. We had such an enjoyable stay that we decided to stay another night. Comfortable, chic and well appointed. Recommended

This hotel is like an oasis in a busy city. It is beautiful, clean and quiet. Exactly what I needed. I highly recommend getting a room with a balcony if possible. It made the experience magical.

I wanted to take a moment to say how great this hotel was to stay at. Not simply because the rooms were excellent, the food was outstanding, the facility cool and the location convenient to the whole of Puebla but because the staff went above and beyond for my family and I in a moment of need. Last month (Jan. 2025) we were one hour from check out after a great stay. Eating breakfast and my wife gets a message that our flight is cancelled and we are stuck until Thursday…It was Monday. With the quick help of the staff (after assuring us that we had a room there if we truly were stuck) helped us book a last-minute bus to Mexico City and found us a room there for the night to catch an alternative flight out the next morning. With their help, we made it home safe ten hours late instead of three days late. They could have said “not our problem” and likely got us to pay for another three days…Instead they helped us when we need it the most. Should we return to Puebla, we will never stay anywhere else.

This place is a one of a kind . Anything from the architecture to the delicious food. My family and I went there for lunch . The hotel architecture is very unique and beautiful. The food was great and environment in the restaurant itself was amazing with the friendly staff. This is a place that you definitely be back for more great experience and delicious food. Highly recommend!!

Rooms are dated. Loose tiles on the floor. A/C is very loud if it works at all. Glass box in the middle of the room is unsettling when trying to navigate in the dark.

What a unique Marriott property! Attached to the convent next door. Very modern, with clear glass stairs and some floors. Very disconcerting when you first experience it. Enjoyed a week here and exploring Al that Puebla had to offer.

The only thing the hotel lacks is a business center if you want to take print outs, work collaboratively with your colleagues in the common areas. The location is great. Lots of places nearby within walking distance to dine in. Nice place for family although small kids might find it not so interesting. Walkout balcony in the room is great. Has valet parking, so no need to worry about parking in downtown area. If you like a minimalist appeal, then this hotel is for you.
